Pocono and eastern face snows?
Goodevening friends, its late, and that means something must be happening! A low level boundary layer is setting up across southern New England tonight. Temps in the low and mid 30's are observed over eastern ct and mass at this hour and my winds have veered to the NE now, while to the west in parts of Jersey and Pa, temps are still near 50 and in the 40's. A low level convergence will set up later tonight for the eastern slopes of the Pocono's (Pokes), and NW Jersey and perhaps NE ct and NW ct. I would expect that a very slushy coating to as much as 3 inches of snow will accumulate especially in elevations greater than 500 ft. Along the coast light rainn will end as flurries, however tomororrow afternoon will be windy with clearing skies and downsloping winds allowing temps to crack 50! Have a great night!
